Key rules
- Consistency rule: your best day's closed profit ÷ total profit in the current payout cycle must be at or below the 15% (or 20%) you chose. If you're above it, keep trading to bring the ratio down and then withdraw — it isn't a breach by itself. It resets after each payout.
- Spread evenly, that means at least 5 days at 20% and 7 or more at 15%. You don't have to make 0.5% every day, though.
- The floor is 5% below your highest balance or equity. Once it rises it never falls, and it stops at the initial balance.
- Once a payout is approved, the floor locks at the initial balance. Withdraw all profit and balance = floor, which is a breach, so leave a little in.
- A floating loss of 1% is an immediate breach.
- The most capital you can run on Instant is $100,000 (separate from Pro). 30 days without trading is a breach.
